Holden has decided the standard 2017 Trailblazer isn’t enough and have announced a special edition with an initial run of 400 vehicles available from June 2017.

The Trailblazer Z71, which is based on the Trailblazer LTZ, gets a Z71-ification with 18-inch black alloy wheels, black body side mouldings, black belt line mouldings, black mirrors, black door handles and, just for something different, gloss black B-Pillar appliqués. There are also Z71 hood decals, in black.

Summit White and Absolute Red colours will be available with Satin Steel Grey and Mineral Black prestige paints offered for an additional $550.

The interior modifications include Z71 headrest embroidery and Z71 floor mats and, well, that’s all.

“The Trailblazer Z71 special edition adds stand-out styling to our adventure-ready, family-friendly 4x4 SUV, showing customers they really can have it all,” said Holden’s Director – Communications, Sean Poppitt.

Buyers can expect a $1,000 increase over the Trailblazer LTZ to ‘have it all.’
