Local specifications and pricing have been revealed for the 2018 Nissan 370Z, the manual coupe opens the range at $49,990 plus on-roads.
 
Setting itself apart from the Nismo sibling, the 2018 Nissan 370Z adds smoked front and rear lights, smoked finish exterior door handles and fresh new 19-inch alloy wheels.
 
A new shade of red, known as Cherry Red, joins the paint pallet and replaces the Bordeaux offering leaving eight contemporary colour choices.
 
Both the coupe and roadster benefit from the 2018 equipment updates.
 
Internally features include satellite navigation with 3D mapping shown on a 7.0-inch touchscreen and Bluetooth as standard.
 
Safety features come in the form of Nissan’s Premium Braking System, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Anti-lock Braking (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA) and dual front, side and curtain airbags.
 
Driving the Nissan 370Z is a 3.7-litre V6 engine capable of producing 245kW of power at 7000rpm and peak torque of 363Nm at 5200rpm.
 
In terms of transmission choices, the 6-speed manual option is now fitted with a high-performance Exedy clutch. A 7-speed automatic transmission option with paddle shifters is also available.
