Upgrades have been announced for the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace range, headlining the changes are additional safety and technology features along with a new range-topping SVR variant.

For the 2019 model year, Jaguar’s best-selling model gets adaptive cruise control with stop & go function, steering assist and lane centring.

Also available is the radar-based high-speed emergency braking, operating between 10-160km/h.

A larger 82-litre fuel tank will now be fitted to all petrol models, up from 63-litres in the predecessor.

Internally, the award-winning F-Pace will now feature the 10-inch Touch Pro infotainment system as standard. 14-way adjustable slimline sports seats with adjustable bolsters and slimmer seatbacks are now able to be optioned.

Other points of interest are the frameless rear view mirror, illuminated Jaguar treadplates, bright metal pedals, premium carpet mats, suede cloth headlining and chrome seat switches to adjust the 10-way adjustable seats.

Jaguar will add an SVR variant to the range which packs a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol engine, capable of 404kW and 680Nm.

Existing drivetrains are expected to be carried over but are currently not confirmed for Australia.
