The updated 2021 Jaguar XF has been revealed ahead of an Australian launch early next year.

Locally, Jaguar will offer just one XF sedan variant meaning buyers will need to be content with the R-Dynamic HSE P300 AWD trim level which is priced from $100,200 plus on-road costs.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 221kW and 400Nm, it’s matched to an eight-speed torque-converter automatic transmission that sends the drive to a rear-biased all-wheel drive system.

Jaguar says the R-Dynamic HSE P300 AWD can dash from 0-100km/h in 6.1 seconds.

The single model range also means the wagon variant and rear wheel drive are now off the menu, as is the diesel engine.

Externally, the updated XF is differentiated by new front and rear bumpers, a revised grille and restyled LED headlights.

On the inside, the headline act is the inclusion of the brand’s latest Pivi Pro dual-sim infotainment system accessed through an all-new 11.4-inch HD curved glass touchscreen.

Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard with two phones able to be connected at once: one for phone calls, and another for media.

Software updates are available over-the-air via an embedded data connection. Owners will be able to update maps and add vehicle features without having to visit a dealer.

Additionally, Jaguar claims the cabin materials are now of a higher quality across all of the major touch points.

Further equipment highlights include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, Active Road Noise Cancellation, a new cabin air ionisation system with PM2.5 filtration, a ClearSight rear-view mirror, and a 360-degree camera system.

The updated Jaguar XF is available to order now with deliveries set to commence in the first quarter of 2021.
