Lexus has announced specs and pricing for the 2021 Lexus LX range headlined by the return of the range-topping LX570 S variant.

 

Priced from $168,767 plus on-road costs, the flagship LX570 S gets all the fruit from the LX570 with the optional Enhancement Pack plus additional ‘S’ content.

 

Externally the LX570 S is distinguished by a redesigned spindle grille, front bumper skirts and new wheels.

 

Additional kit includes a moulded 'S' badge on the tailgate, front and rear performance dampers that improve body rigidity and steering stability, alloy pedals and door courtesy lamps with 'LX S' illumination.

Power comes from a 5.7-litre naturally-aspirated V8 petrol engine producing 270kW of power and 530Nm of torque. It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.

 

The entry-level LX450d is powered by a 4.5-litre twin-turbo V8 diesel from the Toyota LandCruiser. Drive is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.
