In the latest Canstar Blue customer satisfaction ratings for new cars in 2018, Suzuki Australia has taken the cake as the best of the best as it outperformed manufacturers such as Honda, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen.
 
Awarded the title for Most Satisfied Customers – New Cars 2018, Suzuki has outdone the entire automotive industry with five stars for overall satisfaction, reliability and value for money.
 
Suzuki was also awarded Most Satisfied Customers – Small Cars for the third year in a row again scoring five stars for categories such as driving experience, reliability, value for money and overall satisfaction.
 
Suzuki Australia General Manager – Automotive, Michael Pachota, said: “Our research and development teams both here and overseas continue to excel to the next level. This award is a testament to their dedication for developing the Suzuki product to provide the ultimate driving experience, value for money and reliability.”

Furthermore, Pachota also says “It is an extremely proud day for the brand to be acknowledged as ‘class-leading’ across the entire automotive new car market.”
