Land Rover has confirmed updates and pricing for the 2021 Range Rover Evoque line-up.

Headlining the upgrades is the addition of the Pivi infotainment system from the new Defender and updated Discovery Sport. The system is faster thanks to a separate battery, it’s ready to use as soon as it’s switched on.

Software updates are available over-the-air via an embedded data connection. Owners will be able to update maps and add vehicle features without having to visit a dealer.

Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard, two phones can be connected at once: one for phone calls, and another for media.

The Evoque will also get extra Advanced Driver Assistance features including a new Rear Collision Monitor that uses radars to constantly monitor the vehicle’s rear, and a 3D Surround Camera that lets the driver see what’s happening around the vehicle at speeds of up to 30km/h.

Also included is the brand’s all-new cabin air filtration system that can trap fine particulate matter.

For 2021, the Evoque range has been trimmed to just four varinats with three engine options and three trim levels.

Opening the range is the R-Dynamic S, it’s powered by a P200 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine offering 147kW of power and 320Nm of torque.

R-Dynamic SE buyers have the option of the D200 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel with 48V mild-hybrid tech, it’s tuned to deliver 150kW of power and 430Nm of torque. The same engine will also be offered in the updated Discovery Sport.

The mid-range R-Dynamic SE and range-topping R-Dynamic HSE will be powered by the P250 petrol unit that offers 184kW of power and 365Nm.
