Honda has announced the addition of the new 2017 HR-V Limited Edition following the success of last year’s original HR-V Limited Edition.

Boasting $3,600 worth of upgrades, including 17-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, side steps, smart keyless entry, push button start and roof rails, the 2017 Honda HR-V Limited Edition will be available nationally for a driveaway price of only $28,990. This reflects only a $1,425 price increase over the HR-V VTi which the model is based on.

Honda Australia Director, Mr. Stephen Collins commented: “Honda’s limited edition models have proven to be a popular addition to our regular offers, particularly for customers who are cross-shopping against other brands and looking for a great deal.”

“In the competitive Small SUV segment, the Honda HR-V Limited Edition outpoints its key rivals with a set of higher value-for-money features they simply can’t match, on top of the recent 2017 Year Model update that added satellite navigation as standard equipment on all HR-V variants.”

“So we’re confident this new model will enable Honda to compete aggressively and maintain the HR-V’s sales momentum throughout 2017.”

The cherry on top is the offering of four paint colours including Morpho Blue, White Orchid, Lunar Silver and Modern Steel.

Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for Car Conversation’s review of the HR-V which features the Morpho Blue paint option.
