Alfa Romeo has announced the availability of a Giulietta Veloce S Edition priced from $45,400 plus on-road costs.

Limited to 30 units nationally, Alfa Romeo claims the Veloce S Edition offers $6900 in additional customer value for an outlay of $3500.

The Veloce S Edition is distinguished by a Trilobe grille, exterior mirror covers and side skirts finished in a carbon look, red badging and decals, 18-inch dark miron wheels and a Magneti Marelli ‘Elaborazioni 1919’ sports exhaust system that promises to satisfy drivers with a “deep and purposeful note.”

On the inside extra equipment includes a 10-speaker Bose audio system, premium floor mats and special edition badging.

Features carried over from the regular Giulietta Veloce includes an electronic Q2 front differential, launch control, red Brembo front brake calipers, sports suspension, privacy glass, seats trimmed in leather and Alcantara, a flat-bottomed steering wheel with red stitching and sports pedals.

Power comes from a 1.75-litre turbocharged petrol engine that develops 177kW of power and 340Nm of torque. Drive is sent to the front wheels through a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The Giulietta Veloce S Edition is available at dealerships now, priced from $45,400 plus on-road costs.
