Lexus Australia has confirmed the limited-run LC Inspiration Series is now available locally with prices starting from $205,512 plus on-road costs.

Locally, “fewer than 10 units” will be offered with unique exterior and interior colours.

Buyers can specify Graphite Black or Titanium exterior paints, along with the exclusive Khaki Metal green (pictured).

On the inside, the 12-way power-adjustable front seats are trimmed in L-Aniline leather, the softest and highest-grade leather available in the Lexus line-up.

L-Aniline is made using only the top one per cent of carefully selected hide and undergoes a special tanning process to ensure maximum softness.

Also available on the LC for the first time are tan-coloured seats, Alcantara inserts on the door panels, and black leather accents for the steering wheel, dashboard, seat bolsters and centre console. There are also bespoke scuff plates.

The LC Inspiration Series also marks the introduction of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard on all LC grades purchased after November 1, which complements the 12.3-inch infotainment display which also features satellite navigation, voice control, DAB+ digital radio and a 13-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.

Further equipment highlights include 21-inch forged alloy wheels with a two-tone finish, LED headlights, a colour head-up display, the Lexus Safety System+, dual-zone climate control, a glass roof and aluminium pedals.

Lexus is offering the LC Inspiration Series as either an LC500 and LC500h, the former uses a 5.0-litre 351kW/540Nm naturally-aspirated V8 matched to a 10-speed automatic that drives the rear wheels.

The LC500h uses a 3.5-litre V6 hybrid set-up that produces 264kW. Power goes to the rear axle through a unique CVT automatic transmission.

2020 Lexus LC Inspiration Series pricing (excludes on-road costs):

LC 500 - $205,512
