Specs and pricing have been announced for the updated 2020 Renault Kangoo range which starts at $25,490 plus on-road costs.

 

The MY20 Kangoo range consists of two trim levels: Compact and Maxi.

 

Compact models are powered by an 84kW 1.2-litre petrol engine which is paired with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The Maxi variant gets an 81kW 1.5-litre diesel unit exclusively matched to a six-speed auto.

 

All models are now equipped with glazed 180-degree opening rear barn doors, a rear-view camera, automatic dusk-sensing headlights, rain-sensing windscreen wipers and fog lights.

 

Standard kit also includes rear parking sensors, cruise control, Hill Start Assist, Bluetooth connectivity with audio streaming, electric folding side mirrors and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

 

Trade and Business option packs are available. Selecting the Trade Pack adds an anti-slip timber floor, full height timber side protection panelling and LED ceiling lights.

 

The Business Pack brings 15-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control air-conditioning, extra tinted barn door glass and a satin chrome two-tone front bumper.

 

Buyers can also option Renault’s R-Link infotainment system and metallic paint.
