Suzuki Australia has confimed the updated 2020 Swift Sport and Ignis will be available in May.
 
For 2020, the Swift Sport adds blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, heated door mirrors and a digital speedometer. There will also be a new orange/black two-tone exterior paint option.
 
The 1.4-litre four-cylinder Boosterjet turbocharged petrol engine will be carried over, it’s tuned to produce 103kW and  230Nm. Buyers will have the choice of either six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
 
Moving to the Ignis SUV, changes include a newly designed front bumper, rear bumper and front grille, along with revised interior accents.
 
New Ivory, Khaki and Black exterior finishes have been added to the colour palette.
 
Suzuki will continue to offer the Ignis in GL and GLX grades with power coming from the current model’s 66kW/120Nm 1.2L Dualjet four-cylinder petrol engine. The GX will be available with a five-speed manual or CVT automatic, while the GLX comes standard with the auto.
 
The updated Swift Sport and Ignis will be available in May with specs and pricing to be announced closer to the launch date.
