Nissan has given its current generation X-Trail a final update before an all-new model arrives next year.
 
For 2021, every X-Trail gets a new 7.0-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
 
The entry-level ST variant also gains digital radio while the X-Trail ST-L and above adds a driver attention monitor.
 
Mid-spec ST-L models are also treated to new 18-inch alloy wheels.

The powertrains are unchanged meaning the base ST manual uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol producing 106kW of power and 200Nm of torque.
  
A 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine is available across the range making 126kW and 226Nm, it’s mated with a CVT automatic.
 
X-Trail TS variants are equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine developing 130kW and 380Nm.
 
The 2021 Nissan X-Trail line-up is due to arrive locally in March.
