Following confirmation last year that the well-received Honda Urban EV Concept was going into production, the world premiere of the new electric vehicle prototype will take place at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
This latest electric vehicle has been developed with a key focus on functionality and purpose which is demonstrated through the clean, simple and unique design in the prototype sketches which closely link to the Honda Urban EV Concept shown at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The debut of the prototype is another step towards Honda’s ‘Electric Vision’ which is aiming to have two-thirds of European sales feature electrified technology by 2025.
A mass production version of the prototype is expected to go on sale later in 2019, though there is still no confirmation whether the car will reach Australian shores.
