Lexus Australia has announced the availability of an LC Limited Edition, priced from $205,000 plus on-road costs.

The LC Limited Edition is distinguished by Zinnia Yellow exterior paint matched with a bespoke cabin featuring the same yellow shade used for contrast stitching on the white semi-aniline leather-accented seats, instrument panel, steering wheel and centre console armrest. To kick things up a notch, the door inserts are finished in yellow Mikado Alcantara.

The LC Limited Edition is based on the LC500 and LC500h with the optional Enhancement Pack which brings variable gear ratio steering, four-wheel steering, an active rear spoiler, a Torsen limited-slip differential, carbon-fibre roof, heated and ventilated 12-way power-adjustable sports front seats and carbon-fibre scuff plates.

21-inch forged alloy wheels, head-up display, Alcantara headlining and a 13-speaker Mark Levinson premium audio system are carried over.

For 2019, engineers have fine-tuned the powertrains of all LC variants for “enhanced drivability” and adjusted the adaptive variable suspension for improved ride comfort.

Also new is the addition of the Chrysalis Blue interior option which was first seen on the Morphic Blue limited-edition model from earlier this year, the colour scheme combines dynamic orange, blue and white hues.

Remarkably, the powertrain and suspension changes have only added $200 to the price of the standard LC while models equipped with the Enhancement Pack continue to carry a $15,000 premium.
