Jaguar has revealed two new F-Pace special edition models: the Chequered Flag and the 300 Sport, ahead of an Australian arrival in September.
 
The Chequered Flag variant is based on the R-Sport trim level and is priced from $85,105 plus on-road costs. It’s differentiated by a sport front bumper and gloss black detailing on the front grille, door cladding, side vents, and roof rails.
 
Three exterior colours are available: Yulong White, Santorini Black and the new Eiger Grey.
 
On the inside, standard kit includes 10-way electric front seats, leather seat trim, meshed aluminium detailing, Chequered Flag treadplates, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and the Touch Pro infotainment system that now includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
 
It’s worth noting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will now be included on every F-Pace as standard.
 
Chequered Flag buyers have three 2.0-litre AWD powertrain choices including a 184kW petrol along with two diesel options offering either 132kW or 177kW.
 
The 300 Sport model is priced from $93,015 plus on-roads. It features unique badging and Dark Satin Grey highlights on the front grille surround, window surrounds, side vents, mirror caps and door finishers. The exterior paint options include Yulong White, Indus Silver and Santorini Black.
 
Step inside and the cabin is decorated with yellow contrast stitching on the instrument panel, centre console and leather seats. There’s also ‘300 Sport’ logos on the treadplates, carpet mats, steering wheel and the front headrests.
 
Standard equipment includes 14-way electric front seats, a Meridian sound system, Touch Pro Navigation with Connect Pro and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
 
Jaguar will offer the 300 Sport with two engine options and AWD starting with the 2.0-litre Ingenium petrol producing 221kW and 400Nm. Performance wise, Jaguar claims a 0-100km/h sprint time of 6.1 seconds on its way to a top speed of 233km/h.
 
There’s also a 3.0-litre V6 diesel unit developing 221kW and 700Nm which can move the F-Pace from 0-100km/h in 6.4 seconds and hit a top speed of 241km/h.
 
The 2020 Jaguar F-Pace range is available to order now with deliveries set to commence in September.
