Melbourne City Lexus has opened the brand’s new flagship dealership in the heart of the Victorian capital promising to provide customers with a “visionary new purchasing and ownership experience”.

The new Melbourne City Lexus is located on the corner of Therry and Victoria Streets in Melbourne where the service and vehicle collection areas are located on the lower level with a new vehicle showroom above.

The new digs will be familiar to enthusiasts, it formally housed Zagame’s CBD Maserati and Ferrari dealerships. The split level premises now sport “luxuriously slick white and black tones” with large glass windows and a wood and marble interior.

Lexus claims the new dealership embodies the principles of Omotenashi - anticipating the needs and desires of guests – with highly trained staff catering to customers’ needs. This includes delivering a test vehicle to a customer’s home or work for an overnight test drive.

Melbourne City Lexus will also cater for the Encore Programme Benefits through its service department which includes a complimentary first service, vehicle pick-up and drop off for scheduled maintenance, and the offer of a loan vehicle while work is being completed.

Melbourne City Lexus general manager Tom Nedel said: "Genuine luxury goes beyond the transaction of a quality product within outstanding surroundings, and Melbourne City Lexus is committed to redefining a personalised customer experience throughout the complete ownership phase.”

This latest showroom is the third new-look dealership to be opened in the past 18 months joining Lexus of Central Coast (NSW) in September 2018 and Lexus of Berwick (VIC) in April 2019.

Lexus Australia will continue to roll out its new dealership design philosophy across Australia as part of a multi-million-dollar investment in its dealer network.
