SsangYong Australia has confirmed specifications and pricing for the 2019 Tivoli and Tivoli XLV line-ups, the compact SUV will launch in November priced from $23,490 drive-away.
As with the Rexton SUV and Musso ute, the Tivoli range will come standard with autonomous emergency braking and forward collision warning.
The Tivoli will also get a seven-year, unlimited kilometre warranty with seven years' roadside assistance and capped-price servicing.
Pricing begins with the Tivoli EX manual at $23,490 drive-away, an automatic transmission adds $2000.
The base model EX is a petrol only option, power comes from a 1.6-litre 94kW/160Nm petrol engine with drive going to the front wheels.
Jumping up a rung to the ELX brings a choice of petrol or diesel engines. Buyers can pick the same 1.6-litre petrol unit found in the EX or a 1.6-litre 85kW/300Nm turbo-diesel. Both powerplants are matched to a six-speed automatic.
The flagship Ultimate will only be offered with a turbo-diesel engine and all-wheel drive.
Fashionistas should note, the Ultimate is available in a two-tone paint pack, with five different colour combinations to choose from.
For those wanting some additional space, the Tivoli XLV (X-citing Lifestyle Vehicle) is 245mm longer meaning the cargo area has a 720-litre capacity.
The XLV will be available in three trim levels: ELX 2WD, Ultimate AWD and Ultimate 2WD two-tone.
Driving all XLV models is the 1.6-litre 85kW/300Nm turbo-diesel engine, matched to a six-speed automatic. EXL models have power sent to the front wheels while Ultimate variants get all-wheel drive.
All variants get seven airbags, rear-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Ultimate versions add leather trim, heated and ventilated seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, sunroof and the option of two-tone paint.
